Easy Chocolate Truffles Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups (18 oz – 510 gm) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1¼ cups (10½ fl oz – 300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract
Optional coatings: coloured or chocolate sprinkles, cocoa powder, finely chopped nuts or coconut flakes
METHOD:
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler with the condensed milk.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
Pour into a bowl and chill for 2 – 3 hours until firm.
Shape into 1″ (2.5 cm) balls and roll in the coating(s) of your choice.
Store in the fridge.
